10 DPO spotting

Hi there. AF is 4 days away. Today I woke up with light spotting. I took two pictures. Sometimes when wiping it’s just pink, not brown. I have been cramping and sore breasts for about a week. I also had diarrhea this morning. My pregnancy test was negative today. Could this be implantation?!
