My braxton hicks contractions this pregnancy are so strong I arch my back when they’re happening (which feels like hours a day when I’m at work). Brought it up with OB, they’re not concerned and there’s nothing I can do about it. However, back pain at the end of the day is terrible certain days. So I am always trying to correct the posture but sometimes it’s physically impossible. 😵‍💫🤦🏼‍♀️

Yes! My back never hurt much with my first baby but now I’m pregnant with a toddler so pregnancy + taking care of my kiddo has been taking a toll on my back!

If I sit down for too long my lower back becomes stiff & in so much pain which makes me waddle for a sec 😭
