Does this transvaginal ultrasound look more like a 6 week or 7 week ultrasound? Lmp says 7 weeks 3 days but ultrasound says 6w3d

The lady that did the ultrasound said she measured baby at 6 weeks 3 days, heart rate was 164 and I saw the flicker but she didn’t even try to hear it. 
Had this  scan due to some spotting. Ob said I could’ve ovulated later than usual.

Being up to a week off on dates in the beginning is super normal, most people don’t know exactly when they ovulate. As for the heart beat, they will monitor it but won’t play the sound/attempt to listen until after 12 weeks as standard

You could’ve ovulated later than usual and you also could’ve implanted later.
