Dryness before period ?

Hello ladies I have doubt can u plz help I m trying for 2 baby n I feel completely dry before my periods from last 5 months ...that is not normal for me because earlier I have lots of cm before my periods this happened after i removed my hormonal iud in Feb 2021 ? Is it normal by the age as off i m 32 now? Is any have same problem ?

It’s normal to be dry before and after periods. If you feel to dry you can use sperm friendly lube, or regular lube if it’s close to period as you can only get pregnant during ovulation window. But I recommend PreSeed during ovulation window.

I haven’t taken birth control but before I had my baby a year ago, I would have lots of cm but now after having him, it took about 7 months for my period to return and now my cm is very little so I have a hard time distinguishing when I ovulate since I don’t see a lot of it anymore. I’m not sure what to do about it besides maybe talk to dr.
