Is my sweet girl getting a flat head?

My little girl is 3 months old, and I've been concerned about her always favoring the one side. Picture below is actually the side she doesn't favor lol but does it seem like she's getting a flat head? Any recommendations on what we can do to prevent it? I know tummy time is good but she hates it so much lol regardless though, we do it with her.

Yes a little bit, my first had this but sooo much worse we had to take her to a specialist. She’s now 2.5 and it’s not perfect but not noticeable to anyone else. Basically you just need to keep turning her head to the other side when she sleeps if you can and try to stretch out her neck

My aunt is a OT. She gave me some advice to help..
If you put her on a play mat put all of her toys on the side the doesn’t prefer. Also sit on the side she doesn’t prefer and talk to her, she will stretch her neck muscles simply looking that way. 
I also turn her head whenever she’s sleeping. She favoured on side big time but now is doing fine with both

I do see it.  Are you dealing with any torticollis?  That’s given my son a bit of a flat head.  Pt is helping
