5weeks 5days starting spotting

Now im super nervous my 6-week check is Monday with my ultrasound I had some crAmping today and wiped and to my surprise it's a creamy brown discharge. I'm trying to stay positive but has this happened to anyone this is the furthest I've gotten in my pregnancy. Please send prayers
