Confused on conception date

Hi everyone I got my BFP today. I did have a vvvfp but started bleeding around Christmas for 4 days I will upload a picture of my cycle I’m just not sure if I lost the baby as a thought I was a chemical or if you think this is a new pregnancy. Thankyou
