I’m bringing mine to get advice from the lactation consultant at the hospital to make sure it fits properly and any other questions I may have about my specific pump.

I guess I have a different opinion than most. Last time, I was in the hospital longer than planned due to preeclampsia and I really wished I had mine. I’m bringing one this time! It’s one small extra bag.  Not a burden in my eyes, worth it.

I’m bringing mine. My first baby wouldn’t latch. I exclusively pumped for a year. If that happens again, I want to be able to use something that I’m familiar with-including my pumping bra so I can be hands free.

No because it’s not necessary. And if you do need it due to latching issues the hospital will have one for you

You won't need it! Milk doesn't come in until 3-5 days after baby is born. Until then it's just colostrum. Baby will get plenty as long as you put them to the breast as often as they give hunger cues. My son nursed every 1-2 hours for at least 45 minutes at a time for the first several days, and my mature milk came in at 3 days.
