My sister has chronic migraines, but i can't even recall the last time i really had a headache.

But I'm currently on day 7 of a headache that keeps coming and going throughout the day. It's like a pressure in every inch of my skull.

I took an ibuprofen on the second and fourth day, and on the fifth day i took two. The medicine only helped for about two hours; even after taking two instead of one.

I don't even like to take any pain meds unless my periods are really bad, which has been awhile.

Nothing about my routine had changed in three years. I haven't hit my head or anything like that. Not stress related because Every day of my entire life has been high stress and the past few weeks have been nowhere near the worst.

I really don't want to have to see a doctor because i have way too much going on, but i am a bit worried why I've had a headache for a week straight, with no obvious causes, and I'm not usually prone to headaches.
