IVF costs- which would you pick

For those who have been through this, please help. We are healthy, unexplained, hoping to have ivf work for us the first try. My doctor wants me to plan on a retrieval and a frozen transfer. She is willing to do a fresh but doesn’t know how my body will be right after retrieval. Anyways here are our options and I have no idea what to pick. What would you go with?

1. $10,000 for one retrieval and fresh transfer but we pay $4500 later if we need to do frozen

2. $12,500 for one retrieval and up to two transfers

3. $19,300 Assured IVF Refund Program which states if we do not have successful live birth after up to 3 retrievals and 3 transfers then we would be refunded $17,000 (this is a program we qualify for since we are healthy and meet criteria)

What would you go with?
