What is your Cleaning schedule? / tips

Hi ladies! So I’ve been a SAHM for two years now and I hate admitting that I can NOT get a cleaning schedule down pat and I HATE it. My New Years “resolution “ was to focus more on keeping the house clean and making a legit schedule and I’m already failing. I just want to maintain cleanliness but for me it’s difficult! What is your daily and/or weekly cleaning schedule? Do you deep clean? Do you have any tips that can help? TIA!

I do what tasks/chores I can depending on which room my baby girl is in 😂 
She’s crawling and constantly on the move so I usually have to hurry in one room and tidy as much as I can and then follow her out lol 
You can really get a lot done just by doing that 🤪👍🏻😂

I tidy up everyday. All the toys get picked up at nap and bedtime. I try to do at least one load of laundry a day. Kitchen gets cleaned everyday after meals. I usually run the dish washer once a day too. Bathrooms get deep cleaned every other week. I try and dust once a week. Mop every couple weeks. I have a cordless dyson and it’s been worth every penny!

Following because I find myself cleaning up after EVERY mess of toys or anything and it puts so much more work on me that I can’t uphold getting later and later into this pregnancy

I made a schedule and it’s helped me tremendously. I do laundry,  kitchen, and pick up every day, but I clean one or two rooms everyday while baby is napping. Like Monday I clean the front room and dining room (sweep, mop, dust) and Tuesday I do living room and do good clean of kitchen, Wednesday my bedroom and bathroom, Thursday the nursery and spare bathroom and Friday I do what little bit is left. It sounds like it’s hard but it goes really fast and it only takes me about 45 minutes to an hour each day to get it all done. Obviously I know it will get more difficult when the baby reaches toddler ages, but for now it’s perfect.

I hate cleaning. I maintain the laundry and kitchen daily (laundry I do first load first thing in the morning or I procrastinate), then rotate 1 or 2 chores per day only eg just the downstairs floors, 1 bathroom counter etc

I found a lady on Pinterest, she has a page, my organization tool box she has a printable chart and one you can change but every day she does a tidy up, wipes counters, and makes beds and then every day of the week she does one or 2 weekly chores and one thing that needs done monthly. I started following her plan and my house has never been so clean!

I do a load of laundry and dishes every day and every hour or two I take a look around and if I see a toy laying out that hasn’t been touched in that hour or two I put it away or have my oldest put it away. I do one cleaning task per day (clean guest bath, dust, vacuum, etc). I’m human so it’s not always perfect but when I stick to this I’m able to keep up with everything

I used to try to do it all every day and that was too much so I break it up now. Only the kitchen gets cleaned every day and living room picked up so it stays tidy. I alternate deep cleaning. And try to do all laundry once a week. So for example
Daily: make beds
Daily: load and unload dishwasher, wipe counters and stove after cooking, sweep
Daily: Pick up toys, fluff couch, put away books
Weekly: wash and fold laundry
Weekly: Clean bathrooms
Weekly: Vacuum carpets
Occasionally: Move furniture, sweep and mop all hardwood

I usually do the dishes right before I put my son to bed only because I don’t want to constantly keep washing dishes all day. I make sure the laundry is started when my son takes his first nap at 10am. He sleeps for almost 2 hours so during that time I will put laundry away or clean somewhere in the house. At the end of the day I always make sure his toys are picked up so we can start fresh the next day.
