Only one follicle on femara?

CD 13, I went for my US today and only had one mature follicle at 22mm, the other was only 13.24 mm. My RE went ahead with the trigger shot today. 
I don’t know why I was thinking I would have more mature follicles 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m hoping one is enough and we can do this. 
Anyone have similar situation or success stories?

I had my first ivf cycle this month, with minimal hormones though, so I only had on follicle as well. It had an egg which was fertilised and I had it transferred back yesterday. 
So no clue if this is successful yet, but I think you should keep you hopes up ❤️

Is it your first medicated cycle? I only ever get 1 mature follicle. But quality over quantity, I suppose... 
They might bump up your dosage to try to get more mature follicles if this isn't your cycle. Fx for your bfp!

I had an IVF cycle with only one egg retrieved. It was mature and was fertilized via ICSI successfully. It was cryopreserved and waiting for our other healthy embryos to join before we think about transfer.
