Anyone else not have enough people in their life to have a baby shower?

I have my close family, my grandmother, and my husbands mom in my life. Im so grateful for them, but I don’t have any friends and am just a little bummed that I won’t have enough people to have a baby shower. Wondering if anyone’s in the same boat?

If it wasn’t for my husbands aunts and cousins I would only have like 5 people. I totally get it!

Still have your shower!!! It doesn’t matter if it’s 50, 20 or 5 people!! You deserve to have a celebration!! If you want a shower then definitely have one! I think a smaller gathering would actually be more fun! I went to a baby shower once and there was only like 6 guests and it was a lot of fun and way less chaotic

My shower consisted of my moms and Mils friends 🤣 I literally had one friend there. The rest I either barely knew or had no clue who they were. I wasn’t going to have one but my MIL insisted and I really enjoyed myself at it, so I’m glad I had one.

For our first kid we just need a low key cookout. We don’t have a lot of family and friends around.

I was in the same boat and did a co ed baby shower since i didnt have alot of female friends. Both me and the babys dad invited people . A few friends came but most of it was his family and of course some of mine. Like u i only had my grandma mom and brother which is nothing. I still had it though and enjoyed it. Recieved lots of items i needed as well. That is your choice though.  I say if there for sure will be at least 10 people there then do it . You can always have a small bbq baby shower type thing just with family as well.

I've never regretted not having one. I celebrated my baby with my family and those who loved and cared for me bought stuff.
