Any tips on how can I face difficult situations wherein I will not be super stressed thinking about it.
Hi, i am actually an overthinker and most of the time if ever i face a certain problem or situation, i would overthink about it almost every minute of the day. Just asking for some advice/tips in handling these certain situations without geeting stress so much and overthinking about it so much.
