Have any of you breastfeeding moms started introducing formula? I’m super exhausted and overwhelmed at this point with my breastfed baby and 2 toddlers and want some way for my husband to help more with the baby. Pumping doesn’t work for me and I’ll only get an ounce after pumping for close to an hour so that’s not an option. If you have started introducing has it affected your supply? I don’t want to give up breastfeeding and won’t do it if it affects my supply at all. Thanks girls!
