We’ve tried them all I feel like this one is pretty easy on my back. It has a buckle at the top which helps a lot

I used a ring sling and a woven wrap when my baby was a newborn and around 6 months we started using the Tula Free to Grow.

I really liked the Wrapsody wrap for when my girl was a newborn. I wore her nice and high and with how snug she was it was easy on my back. Then we got a structured carrier, boppy comfyfit, and that felt nice. The waist and shoulders are padded. I thought it was very comfortable and so did my husband. He has bad sciatica pain that affects his lower back. I have weak muscles in my back as well as lower back pain
