When to add another sibling .

When is the right time to have another baby ?? My baby is 3 months and I’m wondering when is the right time to have another one , i definitely don’t want another right now ! But I also don’t won’t a huge gap?!

12-18 months is the recommended wait time before you start trying for another baby.
A small age gap doesn’t guarantee they will be close or get along.

I personally think 3 years is the perfect age gap.  The older one is out of diapers, can talk,  and is generally more independent plus they are still close in age.

we planned to have them 2 years apart because I know me and I cannot handle two babies that are close in age🤣 and I definitely can't do 2under2.
My son will be 2 in April and I'm 12 weeks due in early August.

Whenever you are financially and mentally/emotionally ready and are at least 9 months postpartum to give your body time to heal. The biggest thing to consider in my opinion, besides finances, is if you get very sick or have a complicated pregnancy will you still be able to look after the child you have?

Lol I got pregnant with my 2nd when my 1st was only 3months old. They are 12 months and 2 weeks apart. My youngest will be 2 on 1/22 and we are currently trying for our 3rd. Everyone is different though and you must do what is best for you and your family

I had my two boys back to back. Then 5 years later had my daughter. Had several misscarriages after that since none of the birth controls worked for me. Fast forward 8 years later had my son that just turned 1 and now just found out expecting my 5th. I'm all done no more babies for me. But I will say this I'm glad it worked out the way it did. My 3 older children growing up together and now these two will grow up together.  For reference my kids ages are 15,14,9, 1, and pregnant.

My two I have are 9 and 10 now a year and a half apart and now I'm pregnant again. I think I'm due early September but won't no till I have my first ultrasound this weekend. I'm very excited. I think it's up to you when you are ready. I didn't think I was ready to have my son 9 years ago but he fit right into our lives and now I don't know what I'd do without him. His my little man

My babies are 22 months apart. My daughter is 8 weeks & my son just turned 2. He loves her so much, but the first few weeks were so hard he was confused and would cry because he didn’t get all of my attention anymore.

My oldest two are 19m part and the youngest two will be 21m apart . So far 21m is seeming to be easier . Those extra two months of development seem to make a difference. Also he’s way more verbal than my oldest was, so it makes it so much easier to communicate. All that being said the toll on my body has been ruff. I’m 30 and this last pregnancy has been physically very difficult . Back to back pregnancies are hard .
