We go back in two weeks to see if we can see better because I was earlier than I thought. But I have twins on both sides of my family. Any experts in here? Could this be identical twins???

Identical twins aren't genetic so it wouldn't matter if twins run in your family. Honestly it's way too early to know yet. There's no discernable yolk sac or fetal pole yet. You'll have to wait a few weeks.

I’m an ultrasound tech and what you have circled is just artifact. Twins can’t be ruled out because you can’t see baby or yolk sac yet but absolutely cannot say there’s twins based on this picture
