Help! Any advice would be helpful

So i found out i was pregnant on December 21, 2021 totally an unexpected surprise and on January 5, 2022 i had miscarriage 💔💔 my husband said that he wants to really try for a full year, because we are not spring chickens anymore and time isn’t on our side because of it so i have an appointment with maternal fetal specialist at the end of the month, due to this being my 3rd miscarriage & having PCOS.

But my question is this…. How quickly should we start trying again? Is there a right time? Should i wait or give it a go? In all honesty I’m scared and nervous but i know it’s because of the miscarriage we just had plus the fact that after 21 years of marriage it finally happened on its own. What are y’all’s thoughts. I feel so out of the loop & don’t have answers until possibly next week. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Side note: after blood work at the beginning of last week my hcg was back to zero.
