Can anyone give me some advice on how to help my toddler? She says tons of words, can count to 10 on her own, and knows about 75% of the alphabet.

I’m struggling with her understanding questions. Like if I ask her “are you hungry?” She won’t say “yes or no” she says “hungry” and runs to her chair. Or if I say “do you want your hair up?” And show her the pony tail she will just look at me like I’m crazy. Like I’m just afraid she’s not comprehending things? I do try and say “yes or no” and shake/ nod my head. Idk, she turned 2 end of November so maybe I am just being paranoid. I just see all these “social media” babies talking and using full sentences at 2 years old and I feel like I’m failing.
