At a loss

I posted the other day that I’m bleeding and I went to the ER. They weren’t sure what was going on so they put it as a threatened miscarriage. Well I am having a miscarriage 😞 I feel so down this time around. This is my 3rd miscarriage (not in a row). I have one before my 3 year old, after he was almost one and then again now. It’s not easy but for some reason this one is hitting me harder then the other two. Maybe because I was trying to get pregnant? Not sure.
