Can I take Apple Cider Vinegar pills while breastfeeding ????

Feeling like I need to detox, I have ACV pills does anyone know if that’s okay to take while breastfeeding?

Answer

I used to take a tablespoon of ACV daily in lemon water to help my gut (really should do that again) but I remember my doctor saying not to do any detoxing while breastfeeding when I had my first baby. Honestly I would be comfortable taking ACV while breastfeeding if it wasn’t a large amount
