MIL coming to stay w/ me for a week

My fiancé’s mother is coming to stay at our apartment , we have w a 1 bed room so she will be on the Couch.

He works 2 jobs and decided not take off either one when she’s comes, I’m a stay at home mom so I understand fianancaly but I’ve met his mom twice lol she lives in another state and it’s just never worked out to see each other more often

My son is 2 and I’m 4 mo pregnant

What tf am I supposed to do all day with this lady I barely know?

Get to know her , yes j get it but I’m not the best at hosting guests and I have bad anxiety.

Can anybody give advice to help me with her stay ?
