What is this?
My daughter is 6 months old. I randomly saw a bunch of small pimple like dots below her stomach line after changing her diaper after a minor chemical burn from Kirkland brand diapers. It’s been about a week now and still hasn’t gone away. What is this? Could it be the diapers or allergy ? First time mom & unsure if this is normal.
