Back to this great obsession 😁

So today i am going to commit again. I used to jog a lot and that's how I had my weight loss journey from. All on my own and of course eating well 6xs a day. I wonder since i am 6 yrs older from losing that weight and i lovely gained it back cuz i met my husband and he doesn't have the same drive for fitness. I am at my top weight but i do truly look better than i did 6 yrs ago. Would 45mins @4.0 mph 5xs a wk enough? That is 3.1 miles on treadmill.
