fitness journey
Hello all! On Tuesday I started my fitness journey and got a gym membership. Everyday since I have gone and workout for an hour. I have some questions though regarding nutrition. Should I drink protein after i’m done if my goal is to lose weight? Also do you recommended a pre workout?
