How do they do it?
Ok seriously how do they do it? The skinny pregnant women who complain about how much they gained during the pregnancy and them after the 6 weeks start working out again to get their body back. Seriously how do they do it even the ones with multiple kids bc I have 3 boys now my first period almost done and I'm thinking to myself how ugly fat I am compared to the other moms that drop their kids off at school and I just don't understand how these moms have the energy to work out on no sleep or not snack in the middle of the night when feeding their baby to stay awake. I just feel like there is no possible way to exercise when I can't even get in a shower everyday. It's bunch of bull I tell ya lol rant over.
