I was bleeding for the 4th time in one month and I passed this the other night. I haven’t had this happen before . What is it ?

It’s a blood clot. If you have no confirmed pregnancy there is no reason to think it’s a miscarriage.

Only reason I believe it could be is because I was unaware of pregnancy last time and I miscarried. I haven’t been able to test and this caused me extreme worry.

If you've not had a positive pregnancy test then don't assume miscarriage
