When should I test again ? 5-8 days late 😩

Last test I took was negative on 1/19 Wednesday. Could removing an IUD on 12/28 cause a late period? When should I test again? Im so anxious since my period is rarely ever late. A little back story on me: My first an only pregnancy was Jan 2013 but it was unfortunately ectopic. Kept my tubes thank God. Took me until now, 9 years later, to try again after that devastation. 🙏💔❤️ any advise ? Much love ladies xoxo
