E3G is the measure of eostrogen in your system needed to get a mature egg ready. Normal levels are between 20-100 before ovulation and rise to 100-400 right before ovulation. So it looks like you are probably just after ovulation combining both LH and E3G or it could be 4/5 days before ovulation. Where are you in your cycle?

LH is the amount of hormone you have in your blood. 4.8 is a normal number for cycle day 21 which is when I’m guessing you got your bloods drawn? It can then jump up to around 12-16 which indicates the surge before you ovulate
