Bfp and resting heart rate!
I got my first positive last night at 9-10dpo and wanted to share my resting heart rate for anyone interested. It was going up steadily from an average of 61bpm to 68, dropped for two days and back up last night! So interesting.
The two separate really low days were nights I had my bed set on privacy so it didn’t record. Ignore those.
