Lower abdominal pain first trimester
In the middle of the night, I woke up to a horrible ball of pain in my lower abdomen right where my bladder is. I’m 7w5d, btw. It then started traveling to my lower back. At one point I was in the fetal position it hurt so bad. Luckily it stopped hours ago, but could this be gas or something I should call my OB about?
