Has anyone miscarried after they took a plan b?

I took a plan b almost two weeks ago .. I found out I’m pregnant . Idk if I was already pregnant when I took it or I got pregnant after because I winded up having sex with my boyfriend again.  I tried to avoid the pregnancy but now that I got a positive test im worried that the plan b could cause something to go wrong .

Do you know how Plan B works? 
It stops ovulation. BUT if you were already ovulating then it does nothing. So if you had sex two weeks ago and just now missed your period it means you were already ovulating when you took Plan B. Therefore it didn’t work. I’d recommend getting to know your natural cycle in the future so you know whether Plan B is an effective form of birth control.
