Never thought I'd be back....

I posted in February about a MMC. Recently found out from my medical records that his heart stopped at 9w1d (the day I had my blood drawn for the pregnancy test at the doctor's), found out at my first appointment that I was measuring 10w1, and my body miscarried at 11w4d.

I'm back to post that 3 weeks ago today, 1/02/22, my supposed to be Rainbow Baby became an Angel Baby measuring 40 weeks. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and was supposed to be induced on 12/31/21, but the hospital called and postponed it. They called me back at noon on 1/02 to come in and I arrived at 3pm. The last time I can remember him moving was midnight as I was getting ready for bed. He had no heartbeat when I got to the hospital. I delivered him a little over 24 hours later. Placenta was perfect, no abruption. Cord was perfect, no clots or knots. His body didn't have any signs of distress. No congenital defects were found in the autopsy. I just had a full circle (9w and 40w) loss for no reason.
