How long for sinus infection ?

How long for sinus infection to cleared up?
I’m on day 2 of antibiotics (amoxicillin)
Day 1 runny nose stop 
Day 2 plhemgs became thick and stuck in my chest /throat can that mean is working ? Or should I be sorry I just feel like plhemgs are stuck there and can help but try to get rid of them but they’re not coming out at all
Tomorrow is day 3 I just want to know anybody here took amoxicillin for sinus infection and how was ur progress ? I am 22 weeks pregnant

Here they don't give you antibiotics fo sinus infections as it takes just as long to get rid of it with or without antibiotics. 
But if you have started a course of antibiotics you need to finish it as prescribed.

Take all of it, even if you feel better, finish your antibiotics cuz it can come back if you don’t. That being said, I’ve had to have all kinds of antibiotics for sinus infections every 6 months my whole life growing up, till we moved. Sometimes it’ll work the first day, sometimes it takes a while. Just depends on how bad the infection is in there.

Load up on fluids to get it thinned up and out. I get really bad sinus infections about 2x a year. If I don't stay hydrated they last for weeks no matter what I take.
If that doesn't work by itself ask about taking mucinex along with the extra water or Gatorade.
