Sharp right sided pain
So I just tested positive for covid and I had been coughing and sneezing a lot throughout the day. My side started hurting around 6:30 pm. It started with a sharp pain that hurt whenever I moved, especially walking. I thought maybe it was trapped gas because I was starting to feel gassy. I tried some stretches and when I brought my knees up to my chest, the pain got sooo much worse. I then realized it might be related to my coughing, maybe round ligament pain? I finally decided to sleep around 10:30 pm.
Fast forward to now, it's 1 am and I woke up with the pain still there. It's still sharp and gets worse with movement. It's almost like it's round ligament pain, but if I run my hands across my stomach it hurts across my uterus and into my right side.
Any ideas what this could be? I'm still gassy but it doesn't seem to be relieved by passing gas. I feel like I need to have a bowel movement but nothing happens and it hurts more when I squeeze my abdominal muscles to try to use the bathroom. What do you guys think?
