Can I be pregnant this early?

I'm right in the middle of my ovulation, but feeling nauseous, cramping and moodiness. We've been having sex off and on for the last two weeks. I previously had Mirena (taken out two months ago) so my cycle is still adjusting. Can it be possible that I'm pregnant?
