Hello ladies! Hope you are all well! I am very new to TTC. So any and all help/advice would be greatly appreciated

My husband and I have started trying since January 2nd. My period has been regular the past few months to the day. However my last period arrived the 14th but was only supposed to start the 17th.

So my question from my previous cycle is, did we start having sex too late and missed my ovulation date? This cycle we are having sex every 2nd day since my period ended until my next period begins. Is this a good idea? I have attached my cycle chart as reference.

Another thing: It is the first time he (or anyone) has ever ejaculated inside me and I don't know if it's just me but I have been getting really bad periodlike cramps. I did some research and they say it could be a reaction to the prostaglandins in his semen?

Also I track my period until I stop spotting completely. Even when it's brown. Is this right?
