Are you using opks? Temping? You want progesterone check to be 6-8 DPO as that’s when progesterone peaks, Sonota usually done 7 DPO (CD21) but not every ovulated day day so it’s best when using opks so you can change date of check to be 7 DPO

I always have been instructed 7 days after positive OPK which should be peak progesterone level to see if you in fact ovulated. Good luck
