6 weeks plus 5 randomly today had a gush of bright red blood. Went through my underwear but then stopped.

Still feeling nauseous and positive pregnancy tests .

Got a early pregnancy scan on Wednesday to see what's going on.

Totally random. Odd the bleeding has then completely stopped so quickly aswell .

Anyone had same?

My 2nd pregnancy I bleeding right into 3rd trimester but was lighter.

3rd pregnancy had some light bleeding in the first trimester but everything was fine .

Guess time will tell.
