Second baby! Sciatica and diastasis @13 weeks 😮‍💨😩

This is my fourth baby and I swear the pain I felt the other day was sciatic nerve pain. I was confused because it's seems way too early lol

I have sciatica prior to being pregnant and every pregnancy I have it tends to get WAY worse even in the beginning. At the end it’s brutal! Sometimes prenatal yoga helped a little, like a very little, but not much.

I had this last pregnancy (second baby) it was painful!! 😭 Sorry your going through it :(
