STUMPED!
I am 10 months PP and have been getting my periods regularly since 3 months PP, like clock work. Always between the 16-18th of each month.
I still haven’t started which would be at the least 6 days late with all negative tests. I did start spinning on the peloton this month, did it for about 13 days (with a couple days off) and then I left for vacation.
Could working out really make my period that late?? I have NEVER in my life been this late (first baby was IVF so I’ve never experienced being late)
At what point do I go to the doctors for a blood test? I keep having these feelings like my period is about to start (cramps and even felt a little nauseous one morning) but then nothing.
Any input would be appreciated!!
