Next cycle will be our 12 month TTC. I’m staring down the barrel of an infertility diagnosis. I have endometriosis confirmed by a lap and had excision surgery. I’m using letrozole which I helping me ovulate regularly. My progesterone is good along with my husbands sperm. Can anyone give me any hope? I’m losing any that I have. All of my friend fell pregnant easily I feel like I’m the only one, which I know is silly. I cried (privately) anytime someone tells me they are pregnant. I cried every time I take a test. I work at an OB office and it’s so hard seeing pregnant women.
