i’ve been on the pill for like 2 years and i’m looking to get off of it because of the side effects. it’s been caused terrible mood swings and depression as well as stomach issues and other side effects like breakthrough bleeding halfway through my pill pack. my gynecologist suggested the mirena iud. i’ve heard great things about iuds but i’ve also heard horror stories. if anyone has any experience with it, please let me know! i would love an iud for the convenience and longevity but i’m also super nervous
