Cycle day 47 still no period

Update: I am 29 years old. I did my blood test and my progesterone was low. The doctor prescribed for me clomid 100mg first cycle but didn’t ovulate. I was bumped up to Clomid 150mg now since last week but still waiting on my period to start my next cycle. I went straight to my obgyn office today and complained to the front desk today. The doctor never called back 2 days already when I was concerned about my late period for 1 week now. The front desk lady told me to go home and wait until they get auth for me then I can see the doctor when it approves. How much longer do I have to wait? Why is planning a second baby so hard? I have irregular periods. I’m so stressed out. Mama, Please give me hope and advices pls. My ovulation test today.
