My doctor has said there's no harm in getting pregnant this cycle, especially since I track ovulation with strips, but they sometimes do recommend waiting just one full cycle before trying just depending on how a patient is doing physically, emotionally, etc. I feel lucky to be doing pretty well, and my husband too. So, full steam ahead!
