If you’re taking any medications, check to make sure they’re all safe to continue. I also recommend writing down any questions you do come up with. I always get into the doctor and forgot everything I had in my head

I always make sure what I am feeling is normal, I’ve had 2 kids a lot of what I’m feeling was felt before but assurance has always calmed me and gave me less anxiety. Also asking about what to avoid wether it be food or exercise, important things to think about for the baby. Those are things I have always asked but I want to know some new things I don’t know of yet ☺️
