I really need your advice ladies…

So I found out I was pregnant I miscarried on 31st December 2021. I only bled a few days but was heavy and painful Hospital confirmed miscarriage etc with scans bloods etc. I stopped bleeding we started trying again. I tested negative on hcg urine test before starting to try. The hospital told me my bloods dropped really fast. Yesterday I had spots of pink when wiping twice and nothing the rest of the day. Today when I wiped I had a little pink dots I mean it’s really light pink when I wipe once so far none of the other time. What is this ? Is this normal after a mc or could It be implantation ? I’m so confused as to what’s going on with my body. I have never experience implantation with my other pregnancy’s that I was aware of anyway.
