Ava plus BBt with thermometer
First month using an Ava bracelet. My temps where kind of matching in terms of a pattern, however today when I am 4 days past ovulation my temp on the Ava bracelet has dropped quite low but my bbt from a thermometer has continued to rise. Obviously I want my temp to keep going up but I don’t know what to think of the drop from the Ava bracelet?? Anyone have any thoughts or similar experiences?
