Switching to formula and drying up
I am 11 days pp and have decided to stop pumping (we never breast fed due to latching issues). Best advice for drying up? My supply had started dropping already because I had started pumping less due to my nipples being severely cracked and bleeding. I bought Sudafed and cabbage leaves. Any other tips? I’m very afraid of mastitis.
